At CRTI, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic products and a premium customer experience. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we offer a clear and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Items must be in fully resellable condition

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Important Conditions

To protect the integrity of our products and customers:

  • Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will result in refusal
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • CRTI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Any item marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@crti with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

If your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • CRTI is not liable for lost or damaged returns
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritise resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
