Processing Time

At CRTI, every order is carefully reviewed and processed before shipment.

  • Orders require up to 3 business days for confirmation and processing.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched for shipping.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping takes up to 14 business days after your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier services.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the courier's system.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, CRTI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Public holidays or peak shipping seasons

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order. CRTI cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
